National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) is an incident-based reporting system, NIBRS captures details on each single crime offenses at the incident level. NIBRS presents quantitative and qualitative data that describes each incident and arrest.

The website’s mission is to use data to measure and understand county-level criminal justice system performance, and it includes data for Pennsylvania counties.
Berks Women in Crisis offers various housing services for victims of domestic violence: emergency shelter, 24 hour hotline, counseling services, medical and legal advocacy and more. The Housing services include Bridge Housing (1 to 3 months), Safe Transitional Housing (3 months to 2 years) and Permanent Housing Placement (2+ years).
